Third Party Funding Administration Department

The Third Party Funding Administration Department supports HFU members in the execution of publicly funded or privately financed third party funding projects. It provides administrative support of HFU third party funding projects and provides project leaders and staff with advice on any questions they may have regarding the successful operative execution of their projects. Key responsibilities are project cost planning and management, and controlling of compliance with funding regulations and contractual conditions. Issues regarding personnel or budgeting in a third party funding context (e.g. deadlines or procurement) are solved working in close cooperation with the colleagues from the particular department.
