Entry requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (>=70%) 
  • Applicants with a first degree in one of the following fields are strongly encouraged to apply:
    • Business Administration
    • Information Technology
    • Engineering
    • Social Sciences
  • One year of relevant commercial or technical work experience after the first degree
  • TOEFL IBT >= 76 (ETS company code 7301) or IELTS Academic >= 6.0 in English
  • German language skills are recommended but NOT mandatory for our programme or for successful application

How do I apply?

Paper application

Simply download the application form below and complete it on screen. THEN print out the completed form twice (one for your records, one to be sent to us) and sign one copy.

Please note that we do not return applications or any part of applications. Therefore, please only send copies certified by the German embassy and NOT original documents!

Online application

It has recently become possible to apply for the BCM online. If you have already applied on paper, you do NOT have to apply online again.

For full admission, you must submit certified copies (notarised by the German embassy) of your documents in paper form in advance.

You must first register there.
The following documents must be uploaded during the application process.
It is best to have them ready in advance:

  • Copy of university entrance qualification
  • Copy of the academic and professionally qualifying degree certificate (bachelor's certificate or similar)
  • Academic transcripts
  • Proof of English language proficiency (TOEFL) (IELTS) (alternatively, you can also submit the original)
  • When sending the hard copies, please quote your applicant number from your online application.
