Application for a place on the "Applied Health Promotion" master's degree programme is only possible online. Furtwangen University uses an online application platform for this purpose.

Please prepare the following documents in advance:
- Officially certified copy of the university entrance qualification. If the original was written in a language other than English or German, an officially certified translation into English or German.
- Officially certified copy of the professionally qualifying university degree. If the original was written in a language other than English or German, an officially certified translation into English or German.
- Officially certified copy of a course enrollment list (transcript of grades, transcript of records, etc.). The course attendance list is issued by the university attended and is a list of all courses attended during the degree programme with grades. If the original was written in a language other than English or German, an officially certified translation into English or German must be enclosed.
- Curriculum vitae (CV) in English or German.
- Letter of motivation in English or German. The letter should be a minimum of one page and maximum of two typed A4 pages.
- Copies of other relevant documents, if available, such as work references, which prove the applicant's particular aptitude for the master's programme.
- Foreign and stateless applicants who have a foreign university entrance qualification must also provide officially certified proof of German language proficiency in accordance with Section 2 (1)
