Programme content and structure

Reach your goal in three - or four - semesters

Most MBA students start their studies in the winter semester. However, we also offer the option of starting the SEM Master's in the summer semester.

If you start your studies in the summer semester, you will complete the MBA degree in four semesters. We recommend this option, in which subjects are brought forward and redistributed, if you have a heavy workload.

General Management

For leading managerial positions, we provide a deep understanding of strategy, controlling, finance and personnel management in order to meet the responsibilities for an entire company.

Marketing and Sales

Marketing, sales and communication in conjunction with research and development are the core competencies of the Faculty of Business Administration and Engineering. We train professionals who have specialist know-how across the entire product life cycle.

Service Management

The first machine is sold by Sales, all subsequent machines are sold by Service. This principle of mechanical engineering can be applied to numerous industries. For success in the market, however, we show more – how sales, marketing and service can be bundled into a comprehensive package.

International Management

International teamwork becomes a standard part of the programme through collaboration with fellow students of different nationalities, visiting students and an international workshop.

Information Management

Communication is one of the core competencies of managers, and the management of information is of great importance for business processes.
