Creating holistic IT and application structures
All-rounder wanted! Complex IT systems are designed like architecture. You design the application structure, which is refined by others, and oversee the technical implementation. You are the interface to customers and users. We will train you in the areas of software, systems and business.
Programme content and structure
The standard period of study for our master's degree is three semesters. The first semester consists of three compulsory modules. In the second semester, you can orient yourself according to your preferences and choose from various elective modules to specialise in. In the third semester, you will write your master's thesis, either externally at an industrial company or internally at the university.
Entry requirements
To apply for a place on the Business Application Architectures programme, you need a first degree and language skills.
In detail - you need a first, above-average, professionally qualifying university degree in the field of computer science, business information systems or similar. The degree should have taken at least three years of full-time study and be a bachelor, master, magister or diplom from a German university, or an equivalent.
For language skills - if your native language is not German, you must provide proof of good German language proficiency, at least level DaF TDN4, CEFR B2.2, ALTE level 4 or equivalent. If your native language is German, you do not need to send us proof of your language skills.
