re-registration for the summer semester 2024

Important information on re-registration and using the Studi-Portal for grade announcements, certificates and transcripts of records

Re-registration

For your re-registration for the summer semester 2024, please transfer your semester fee by February 15, 2024 at the latest. Please use the exact transfer details given below for the transfer so that the credit institution (Landesoberkasse) can allocate your transfer correctly. This process takes up to 8 days. As soon as we receive your transfer, we will automatically re-register you. If we have not received your payment by March 1, a late fee will be charged. If the transfer is not received at all, a reminder procedure will be initiated.

Transfer amount 149 € (administration fee 70 €, student union fee 66 €, student body fee 13 €). If applicable, tuition fees for international students: € 1,500, second degree fees: € 650.

For the non-consecutive Master's degree programs Business Consulting, Executive Master of International Business Management, International Business Management, Precision Manufacturing and Management, Industrial Engineering - Sales and Service Engineering, the fees must be transferred to the account specified in the notification of fees.

If you have completed all examinations by the end of the winter semester (29.02.2024) and submitted your thesis on time, you do not have to re-register but can apply for de-registration, even if you have not yet received your grade. If you find out later that you have not passed an examination, your de-registration will be taken back.

STUDI-PORTAL:

We are pleased that the Studi-Portal will be available to you again by the end of the examination period. The professors/lecturers will then be able to enter your grades. You will be able to access them in the Studi-Portal as usual. Study certificates and transcripts of records will also be directly available to you again.

For this you will need your new HFU account, which you will receive next week. You will find information on how to collect and use them on the homepage and on our learning platform FELIX from Monday on.

HFU-CARD:

Please continue to use your HFU-card/replacement card. Both have the access functions and the exchange function of the Studierendenwerk again. Validation is not yet possible. Please use

Please use your certificate of enrollment as your student ID. Technical Services will inform you as soon as new cards can be issued.
