Yes, it is possible! With a four-semester part-time contact course, the HFU Academy offers a unique opportunity for people like Daniel Morales Sanchez, who are looking for comprehensive management training and have the necessary professional experience.
Daniel began his career in 2006 as a tool mechanic at Aesculap AG in Tuttlingen. Thanks to his commitment and diverse skills, he quickly rose through the ranks and took on a management position in Malaysia, where his employer had transferred him. After his return to Germany in 2017 he worked in Research & Development at Aesculap AG on further project management and product development positions with a strong international focus. This encouraged him to apply for management training, which he is now pursuing with the Advanced General Management contact study program as part of the Executive Master's degree in International Business Management - an MBA.
The program enables professionals to participate even without a university degree and to graduate with an Advanced General Management degree. Through intensive exchange in small groups, participants learn from both professors and each other. Daniel will soon be completing his second semester and is enthusiastic about the practical relevance - he can immediately apply what he has learned in his company.
