Chemistry Lab

The chemistry laboratory is used to prepare for experimental lectures in chemistry (scientific principles). It also houses the equipment for the “Metrological and estimated assessment of hazardous substances in the workplace” elective.

This equipment can be used to take samples of hazardous substances, monitor compliance with the general dust limit value or prepare the finished samples for chemical-analytical evaluation.

Depending on the task, various chemical activities are also carried out in the field of research, e.g. as part of thesis work.
