Completion of the project on climate emotions in the four-country region

The ResonanzLab team at Furtwangen University invites you to the “Muffensausen und Bammel” festival on Friday, 24 October in St. Georgen.

ResonanzLab is an art-based research project at Furtwangen University that focuses on sharing experiences of climate-related crises. As part of the project, invited scientists and artists worked directly on site: they listened, recorded, and gave back – in sound, movement, sculpture, and text.

The closing festival “Muffensausen und Bammel” now brings these perspectives and processes together in a festival followed by an exhibition. The exhibition begins on Friday, 24 October at 4.00pm and runs until Saturday, 1 November, Tuesday – Saturday, 5.00 to 8.00pm. at the Kunstverein Global Forest, Friedrichstraße 5a, St. Georgen.

The festival's evening programme starts at Café Klosterbergfabrik (Herrgottswinkel 1, St. Georgen) and Kunstverein Global Forest.

On Saturday, 25 October, there will also be a Walk & Talk starting at 11.00am at Kunstverein Global Forest.

All interested parties are cordially invited to the free festival, exhibition, and walk to celebrate the conclusion of the project together with ResonanzLab and experience new perspectives. Resonanzlab stands for listening together, asking questions together, and feeling with our bodies. For listening to what comes back—from our surroundings, from encounters, from ourselves. It is about resonance—not in the sense of harmony, but as both a response and a question. It is about art as a way of sharing and negotiating uncertainty in order to shape the future. And it is about listening to something that may not yet have words—but does have a sound.
