New book with contributions by Prof. Dr. Markus Egert
Hygiene expert Prof. Dr. Markus Egert regularly writes for the “Gruß aus der Küche” (Greetings from the Kitchen) column in the Süddeutsche Zeitung magazine. The articles in this section have now been compiled into a book, “When to add salt to pasta water. The most important kitchen questions answered once and for all – expert knowledge in a nutshell.” It also includes Egert's articles on topics such as how long a kitchen sponge should be used for and which material is particularly hygienic for cutting boards.
