Isabelle Adrion at Mercedes-Benz Global Training
Isabelle Adrion completed both her bachelor's and master's degree at the Faculty of Business Administration and Engineering. During her studies, she gained a lot of valuable experience at Mercedes-Benz Global Training and developed a training concept for the global training managers as part of her master's thesis.
After graduating, she began her career at Mercedes-Benz in the Business Intelligence team in 2017. A particular milestone was the realisation of her master's thesis, which gave her the opportunity to become a certified trainer and implement the developed training concept. This experience enabled her to get to know the global training managers and build a strong network. It not only strengthened her professional skills, but also ignited her passion for training and developing employees.
In her current position, she is responsible for the management model in strategic business development and takes part in a management development programme. Here, she really enjoys expanding her network and managing and implementing cross-functional projects.
As her experience has grown, she has realised how crucial it is to communicate clearly and effectively in order to achieve goals and promote collaboration. The ability to convey complex topics in an understandable and target group-orientated way is part of her everyday working life. They have always been inspired by their managers, who create a trusting and appreciative working culture that enables them to achieve the best results for the customer together.
In line with the claim ‘Love to learn’, she is also firmly convinced that lifelong learning and the willingness to continuously develop are key success factors. She is looking forward to inspiring other employees and celebrating successes together.
