International group of HFU students in Málaga
From 18 to 22 November, students of the part-time Executive MBA programme at the HFU Business School visited the prestigious Universidad de Málaga under the direction of Prof. Dr. Rütger Conzelmann and Programme Director Regina Feketics. In interdisciplinary, international groups made up of participants from HFU and the Universidad de Málaga, the students took part in an exciting business game in which the aim was to successfully manage a company and survive in a competitive environment. The focus was on developing a clever strategy, accurately interpreting key figures and working in a team.
In addition to the intensive academic programme, the students had the opportunity to explore the Andalusian port city of Málaga and its sights, such as the birthplace of Pablo Picasso. Another highlight was a visit to the Alhambra in Granada, a masterpiece of Islamic architecture and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The participants were impressed by the hospitality of the University of Málaga and the positive interaction with the local students. The mild climate in Andalusia also contributed to an unforgettable stay.
In addition to the European module in Spain, the HFU Business School's Executive MBA offers an additional module outside Europe, which will take place in Brazil next year.
