Partners present the exciting programme of the Health Congress
On 2 April, Furtwangen University invites you to the Health Congress 2025, which this year will have the topic, “(Public) Mental Health: Where do we stand?”. The event will address current findings on the mental health of various target groups and highlight effective strategies for prevention and health promotion, as well as shedding light on the current care situation.
The organisers are Furtwangen University, the Schwarzwald-Baar Health Network, PRO HFU e.V., the Friends of Furtwangen University sponsoring association, and the town of Furtwangen. The patron of the event is District Administrator Sven Hinterseh.
The partners presented this year's Health Congress at a press conference. Prof. Dr. Kirsten Steinhausen, Academic Director of the congress, gave insights into the exciting programme. The event is aimed at doctors as well as all interested members of the public. In addition to lectures, the programme also includes workshops and interventions such as exercise and mindfulness training.
The well-known author Werner Tiki Küstenmacher has been secured as keynote speaker and will open the Health Congress with his lecture “Simplify your mind - Understand yourself and stay healthy”.
Participation in the Health Congress is free of charge. Registration is requested.
