Training course for Midwifery Science practice supervisors

Crew Resource Management (CRM) in practical instruction

Further training for midwives

The dual structure of the midwifery degree programme offers numerous opportunities that need to be put to the best possible use in practice. Supporting and encouraging students is a joint task for all educational partners.
In this training course, we will examine the opportunities and challenges of practice supervision and introduce Crew Resource Management (CRM) as a method for improving communication, decision-making and teamwork in a targeted manner. Together, we will develop practical approaches to strengthen instruction skills and reflect on our own role in the instruction process.
A special highlight is the practical exercise in the SkillsLab, in which participants experience realistic simulations. A structured debriefing gives them an insight into the training structure and the high level of practical teaching.
