As part of its personnel development strategy, Furtwangen University (HFU) offers two innovative mentoring programmes specially tailored to the needs of early-career academics.

HFU offers early-career talent training in practical research topics as well as personal development and leadership skills. We are happy to provide information about current offers and events.

Through postdoc tandem positions, we support postdocs in building up their professional practice and teaching qualifications thus preparing them specifically for appointment to a professorship.

We provide information on funding programmes, external training programmes and exchanges with other early career researchers that can be helpful on your career path.
