Application for Summer Semester 2026
For applicants from non-EU countries, the application deadline has now passed and applications are no longer possible for the 2026 summer semester. However, all submitted applications will continue to be processed and reviewed.
The HFU is still accepting applications from applicants from EU countries. The application deadline for these applicants is 15 January, 2026.
This is how to apply:
- Register and apply directly in our online application portal https://mio.hs-furtwangen.de/ for immediate admission.
- Registration on hochschulstart.de is not required for degree programmes which offer immediate admission as these are not coordinated by Hochschulstart. When registering on our online application portal, you can leave out the information on BID and BAN.
- After your application documents have been checked, an immediate offer of admission for this degree programme will be made. Once you've accepted the offer of admission, you will receive a letter of admission. Your study programme is now confirmed and you can go ahead and enrol.
- For this reason, please only apply for one degree programme with immediate admission.
