A lecture in the Best Practices series
In an increasingly volatile and digital customer world, B2B companies need to rethink their commercial strategies, channels, and technology ecosystems. In her presentation on “B2B Marketing & Sales: Rethinking Strategy and Systems Landscape Design,” Anne Guethoff shows how modern sales and marketing strategies can be developed and which technologies can be used to provide targeted support. Anne Guethoff has over 20 years of international experience and is, among other things, an author at Springer Gabler and developer of the 8-element approach to strategy development. She currently works as Vice-President of Global Marketing at Syntegon (formerly Bosch) and as an independent consultant for commercial strategy.
The presentation will take place on Friday, 23 January at 5.30pm on the Schwenningen campus in E Building, Room 0.04. Following the lecture, there will be an ideal opportunity to exchange ideas with the speaker, the programme management, and current EMBA students over a buffet.
