Furtwangen University's “Campus2Career” career programme brings companies and international students together
Furtwangen University is looking for dedicated mentors for its “Campus2Career” career mentoring programme. Developed as part of the “HFU CARES” project, the programme is aimed specifically at international students in higher semesters who would like to receive individual support in the transition from university to professional life.
The Campus2Career concept involves experienced specialists and managers meeting with students regularly over a period of six months to work together on their personal and professional development. The focus is on practical insights into the world of work, career planning, application strategies, self-presentation, and building a professional network.
The mentors, in turn, benefit from new ideas, expand their network, and strengthen their social and intercultural skills. Companies gain direct contact with motivated young professionals and insights into current scientific trends.
Participation is open to interested specialists and managers as well as companies from all industries within a radius of around 100 kilometers of Villingen-Schwenningen. The mentoring programme is offered in German and English.
Registration deadline is 15 December 2025. The kick-off event takes place on 14 January 2026 on the Schwenningen campus.
