Engineering and Business Management starts in the summer semester
At a meeting with HFU President, Dr. Alexandra Bormann, the Lord Mayor Dr. Christian Ruf and Mayoress Ines Gaehn were informed about the new HFU Engineering and Business Management master's degree programme to be offered in Rottweil next summer semester. Prof. Dr. Volker Bucher, Head of the Institute of Microsystems Technology, provided information about the curriculum and the equipment, for example in the field of 3D printing, which will be used for application-oriented internships.
“The new course is a highly welcome addition to the educational landscape in Rottweil, which we have been working towards for a long time together with HFU. The new offer also strengthens the Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg economic region as a whole in the competition for the skilled workers of the future,” emphasized Lord Mayor Dr. Christian Ruf,” in his statement to the press.
