From requirement to implementation: technical cleanliness in energy storage manufacturing in day-to-day operations
This training course provides an in-depth look at technical cleanliness in energy storage and battery production, with a strong focus on practical applications. It focuses on specific implementation issues related to logistics, packaging, equipment evaluation, production layout and assembly-integrated cleaning − all directly relevant to the industrial practices of cell and module manufacturing.
Learning outcomes and content
The topics covered, all of which are in the context of energy storage and battery production, include logistics concepts, bottleneck analysis, packaging as a cost driver, tray design in practice, vibration monitoring, production concepts, area-specific cleaning plans, cleaning integrated into the assembly process, and the evaluation of existing facilities.
Target group and prerequisites
This course is suitable for participants interested in the practical application of technical cleanliness in production, logistics, packaging, planning and quality management. A basic understanding of technical cleanliness is helpful.
Prerequisites for participation are:
- completed vocational training OR
- a degree from a university of applied sciences
In addition, at least one year of professional experience is required.
