Analyse energy storage and battery production processes, assess risks and establish effective monitoring systems
This training course demonstrates when and how an industrial process chain analysis can be effectively applied in energy storage and battery production. The focus is on the structured evaluation of cell manufacturing and module assembly processes, the identification of appropriate metrics, and a balanced approach to risk assessment, monitoring and prioritisation.
Learning outcomes and content
The course covers the rationale and benefits of process chain analyses in energy storage and battery production, methodological approaches, the definition of evaluation criteria, the derivation of metrics and monitoring, risk assessment versus risk monitoring, scheduling, prioritisation, and practical examples from industry.
Target group and prerequisites
Suitable for specialists and managers in production, quality assurance, process management, industrial engineering and related technical fields. A technical understanding of processes is helpful.
Prerequisites for participation are:
- completed vocational training OR
- a degree from a university of applied sciences
In addition, at least one year of professional experience is required.
