Smart Services for Self-Starters
Interactive provision of know-how through the establishment of smart services and digital business models for the trainees, employees and management of SMEs
Smart Services and digital business models will be important themes in the German economy in the future. Large organizations are already intensively considering digital transformation and the development of data-based smart services. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are interested too and are looking for information and practical approaches to adapt their service portfolio, or to be able to better evaluate the opportunities and risks of such a step. However, they need some support to do so.
The goal of the project is therefore to provide SMEs with know-how in setting up Smart Services and digital business models. A series of model low-threshold, modular transfer formats which build upon each other, will be set up and tested. These initiatives are aimed at SMEs in various sectors and regions of Baden-Württemberg.
