The interdisciplinary Music design programme offered by the Trossingen University of Music in conjunction with the Faculty of Digital Media at Furtwangen University regards working with sound as part of a complete concept which listeners experience in a multimedial and multisensory way. The Music Designer works with elements of (composed) music, language and sound analyzing and evaluating it from both aesthetic and  psychoacoustic viewpoints. The Faculty of Digital Media is well-known for its expertise in media, media development, and media design; the Trossingen University of Music, for its musical and artistic creativity.
