Your masterplan for the future!
The Mechatronic Systems master's programme provides a deeper understanding of the core engineering disciplines of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and IT. Mathematics for engineers, management and soft skills round off the degree programme.
The course on the Tuttlingen Campus takes place in close cooperation with industry who are also actively involved in teaching the curriculum. The programme is therefore workplace-relevant and cutting-edge. Visits to companies and project work carried out in cooperation with various companies give you a broader insight into the specialist area of mechatronics and the everyday work of, and demands put on, engineers.
Mechatronic elements are built into nearly all technical products. Therefore many companies see enormous potential in mechatronic systems. Experts with know-how in the areas of computer science, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering are in demand, above all in the area of digitalization. The combination of these disciplines, looked at in more depth in the Mechatronic Systems master's programme, provides an excellent basis for a successful career as a specialist or as a manager in the research and development of mechatronic solutions. Alternatively, graduates will work in the area of marketing and sales of mechatronic products. The master's programme will provide you with the necessary methods and specialist knowledge for these areas of work. Mechatronic Systems is therefore your masterplan for the future!
