The trend towards a service society

Use augmented reality to choose furniture? It's already reality. The Internet of Things is developing rapidly, becoming part of our everyday life. Your car will remind you to get your car serviced– and will probably give you an appointment right away, too.  The developers and managers of the service offers of the future must be able to provide more than just technical solutions because customers enjoy the ease and convenience of these options.

The study programme combines business studies with engineering to provide customer-oriented solutions. You will learn how to develop, implement and market innovative services, e.g. analyses and consulting for high-tech products, remote service, training courses with modern media and web-based solutions. In industrial and technology-oriented fields, service is a growth area that is already more profitable than the sales of  the products themselves.
