Applications for the Applied Health Promotion master's programme cannot be made online. Applicants should fill out this application form.

Please enclose the following documents with your application:

1. An officially certified copy of the university entrance qualification. If the original is in a language other than English or German, an officially certified translation of this into either English or German must be enclosed.
2. An officially certified copy of the degree qualifying the graduate to enter a profession. If the original is in a language other than English or German, an officially certified translation of this into either English or German must be enclosed.
3. An officially certified copy of the list of courses taken (Transcript of Records or similar). The transcript of records is issued by the university where the degree was taken and is a list of courses taken and the grades awarded). If the original is in a language other than English or German, an officially certified translation of this into either English or German must be enclosed.
4. CV in English or German.
5. Letter of Motivation in English or German. This should be typed and be a minimum of one page and a maximum of two A4 pages long.
6. Copies of other relevant documents if available, such as work references, which demonstrate the suitability of the applicant for the master's programme.
7. International applicants who hold a university qualification from a foreign university, must also enclose officially certified proof of German language proficiency at the level of  DSH 2, or TestDaF with an average of TDN 4.
