Study and Examination Regulations

The Study and Examination Regulations (SPO) include everything you need to know about the assessments for the study programme you are taking. The relevant version is always the officially published notification of the Study and Examination Regulations which will contain any interim regulations (when there are changes to the SPO). Special regulations on deadlines due to the Corona pandemic:

For students registered during Summer Semester 2020, Winter Semester 2020/2021, Summer Semester 2021 and/or Winter Semester 2021/2022, an individual normative time deviating from normal normative time, applies. Here, the normative time will be extended by one semester for each of the semesters in question, but by a maximum of three semesters in total. Loss of right to examination and deregistration for exceeding deadline as per paragraph 5 (3) SPO will not occur until the newly calculated individual normative time expires, at the earliest.
