Change Management is a structured approach to ensure that changes can be implemented easily and effectively so that the long-term benefit of the changes is achieved. The focus lies on individuals and teams and how to move them from the current situation to the desired situation. Changes can be anything from a simple process adjustment to a large-scale strategy change. Change Management is a broad discipline which ensures that changes are implemented taking their effects on the organization into consideration. Every change initiative which is administered or which is experienced has its own goals and activities. Correct change management can mean the difference between outstanding project success and complete failure.

Martin Klumpp and Johannes Rehberg have 15 years of experience in project and change management. They will introduce the methods and tools needed to recognize, plan and carry out changes in an agile industrial environment. They will reflect on these change management activities based on their own practical experience in an international medical technology firm and their own consultancy business. Johannes Rehberg took the Executive MBA programme in 2011.
