The Faculty of Engineering & Technology at Furtwangen University is offering several information events for prospective students to present the wide range of programmes on offer in the field of engineering: At the virtual study information day on 7 July, starting at 2.00pm, there will be an online insight into the Bachelor's programs in Medical Engineering, Engineering Psychology, Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics as well as Mechatronics and Digital Production, International Engineering, Applied Materials Science and Electrical Engineering in Application. Prospective students will also receive information on the various study models. These include the “Orientation Technology” taster course or the “Studium Plus” model, which can be taken in dual form. Questions about studying, applying, admission or living at the Furtwangen, Tuttlingen and Schwenningen campuses are very welcome.
There will also be plenty of information on Friday, 11 July: The Faculty of Engineering & Technology invites you to the Schwenningen Campus (Jakob-Kienzle-Str. 17) starting at 2.00pm. There, prospective students can immerse themselves in the fascinating world of technology! The Mechanical Engineering & Mechatronics, Medical Technology - Clinical Technologies and International Engineering degree programmes will be introducing themselves and visitors can tour the modern laboratories and workshops.
Curious students can then get to know the Tuttlingen campus with its diverse range of programmes at another information event on 24 July starting at 10.00am. Current students and professors will present the degree programmes and provide information about living and working in Tuttlingen. Guests at this Applicants Information Day will also gain insights into the special role of industry at the Tuttlingen location, can experience company tours in cooperating companies and gain their first practical experience in the laboratories. A campus tour rounds off the eventful day.
