How can innovative implants be developed that, through the use of innovative materials and modern manufacturing technologies, ensure mechanical stability as well as biological and chemical compatibility while also achieving a high degree of biofunctionality? The next MedTalk, entitled “Development, Design, and Manufacturing of Multifunctional Implants,” will address this question at the Internal link opens in the same window:Innovation and Research Center (IFC) of the HFU in Tuttlingen (Katharinenstraße 2).

Three expert presentations will focus on current approaches and different perspectives regarding the development, design, and manufacturing of multifunctional implants. HFU Professor Internal link opens in the same window:Dr. Hadi Mozaffari Jovein will speak about additive manufacturing. Dr.-Ing.
