We move the future
The topic of mobility moves us – in the truest sense of the word. That's why HFU is hosting an afternoon event on:
Monday, 18 May, starting at 2.00pm
focusing on the topic of “Furtwangen and Mobility.” In the B Building on the Furtwangen campus, we will be offering exciting keynote speeches and a market with a wide variety of information stands. At the stand of the Allgemeiner Deutscher Fahrrad-Club (German Cycling Club), you can even have your own bike coded at cost price! In addition to waffles and coffee, there will also be a raffle with great prizes.
Market of (mobile) possibilities
From HFU:
- Institute for Intelligent Interactive Ubiquitous Systems (IIIUS)
- Student project “Formula Student”
- Climate protection management
- Health management (at the Climate protection management stand)
External partners:
- City of Furtwangen
- Move transport association
- Carsharing-Furtwangen
- General German Bicycle Club (ADFC)
- Bicycle shop “zweirad hug”
- Police
All about the mobility afternoon
The ADFC offers the opportunity to have your bicycle registered. For students and ADFC members, the cost is €10. For everyone else, the fee is €20. If you're interested, please bring your bicycle if possible.
In addition to the great information stands, the student councils will be selling waffles. We are also planning a coffee bar, so if you fancy a free coffee, feel free to drop by and bring your own cup to help protect the climate.
Rally competition
Our rally competition will also take place during the market. At the climate protection management stand, you can access the competition directly via the QR code provided. Simply answer the five questions and enter your name at the end. The draw will take place at the end of the event at 6:15 p.m., so it's worth staying until then!
Sponsoring partners
This competition is made possible by our sponsoring partners from the region, who are providing great prizes such as a pair of running shoes with a foot and gait analysis from Schuhe+Sport Klausmann, as well as various gift baskets and SQlab clipless pedals from zweirad hug. Move is donating a monthly pass for the transit network. Thank you very much for your fantastic support! There will also be an HFU-sponsored prize.
